PROCEDURE

1. Online Application: Prospective students should fill out an online application form available on the BMA’s website. The application form will collect basic information such as the student’s name, age, contact information, educational background, and any previous Qur’an memorization or Islamic studies experience.
   
   
2. Assessment and Interview: After receiving the application, the school will conduct an assessment, which includes reading tests and/or video interviews, to evaluate a student’s Arabic reading skills and Quran familiarity. Qualified applicants proceed to online interviews with the admissions committee where applicants’ motivation to join BMA will be discussed, and their goals and commitment to Quran study while learning with BMA will be inquired about.

3. Registration: Upon successful completion of the assessment and interview, the student will be notified of their acceptance into BMA. They will then be required to complete the registration process, which may involve submitting additional documentation and paying any applicable fees.
   
   
4. Orientation: Before classes begin, new students will participate in an online orientation session to familiarize themselves with the academy’s policies, procedures, and curriculum. They will also have the opportunity to meet their teachers and fellow classmates.

5. Class Placement: Based on the assessment results, students will be placed into appropriate classes that align with their current level of proficiency in Qur’an recitation and memorization. This ensures that each student receives personalized instruction tailored to their individual needs.

6. Commencement of Classes: Once registration is complete and orientation has been attended, students will begin their Qur’an studies according to the school’s schedule. Classes will be conducted live via video conferencing (Google Meet).

7. Ongoing Support: Throughout the duration of their studies, students will receive ongoing support from their teachers and the school administration. This may include additional resources, tutoring sessions, and regular progress assessments to ensure that each student is making satisfactory progress in their Qur’an memorization and recitation skills.
