Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the registration and participation in programs offered by Blue Minaret Academy. By registering with Blue Minaret, students agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Registration Process

• To register, students must complete the online registration form accurately.
• The information provided during registration must be true, current, and complete.
• Blue Minaret academy reserves the right to reject any registration at its discretion.

Payment and Fees

• Payment details, including registration and tuition fees also any applicable charges are outlined in the registration form.
• Payment must be made in full by the specified deadline to secure a place in the program.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by academy

Attendance and Participation

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively participate in the program
• Please ensure that you inform Blue Minaret Academy about any planned absences in advance. It’s crucial to emphasize that there won’t be any replacement classes for missed sessions. However, if the teacher is absent, makeup classes for the missed sessions will be arranged.

Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times.
• Any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and appropriate actions may be taken against the students involved.

Intellectual Property

• All materials provided by Blue Minaret academy during the program are the intellectual property of the academy and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

Cancellation and Changes

• Blue Minaret academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be notified, and alternative arrangements may be offered.
• Blue Minaret academy reserves the right to make changes to program content, schedule, or instructors as necessary.

Privacy Policy

• All student information will be managed in accordance with Blue Minaret Academy’s privacy policy. It will not be utilized for purposes beyond education unless explicit consent is obtained from the parents.

By registering with Blue Minaret academy, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Blue Minaret academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such changes will be communicated to registered students.
